1. Privacy

Protecting client information is part of the work, not an extra. Only people who need a file for the project should open it. The privacy policy explains what the website collects and why.

2. Confidential material

Personal details and manuscripts you send us are treated as confidential. We do not pass them to outside parties for their own use. A disclosure happens if you agree to it, or if a law, court order, or other legal duty requires it.

You can ask for a copy of the basic contact record we hold. Keep your own copy of anything you send, so both sides have the same starting point.

3. The website

Information on this site describes our services. It is not a promise that a particular book will become a bestseller, reach a sales figure, or be accepted by a retailer.

We are not liable for losses that come from using the website itself, including business interruption or a technical fault, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot legally be waived.

4. Cancellation

A new service agreement can be cancelled within 2 days of signup by email, phone, message, or in person. Either side may end an agreement as the written scope allows.

Work already completed, and costs already committed with your approval, are not refunded automatically. If you have a question about a refund, write to us and we will explain the position on that project.

5. Using the site

You may read the site and contact us about a project. You may not copy the site design, text, or logo onto another site, or present our pages as your own.

Services can be interrupted by maintenance or a fault. We correct those interruptions as part of running the site.

6. Logs and cookies

The server may keep log files, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the site. An IP address in a log is not a profile we sell.

If the site sets a cookie, it is there to run a function such as keeping a form submission safe. The site does not use advertising cookies.

7. Links

Do not frame or mirror this site without written permission. If we link to another website, that site has its own terms. Check it before you rely on it.

8. Copyright and marks

The text, layout, and original graphics on this website belong to Amazing Book Publishers unless a credit says otherwise. You do not receive ownership of them by visiting.

Copying the text and rewriting it for another site is not allowed.

Our name and logo are our marks. Names of other companies, including retailers mentioned as sales channels, remain their marks. Mentioning a retailer is not a claim that we are that company.

9. Projects and submissions

You are responsible for the material you send. Do not send work that infringes someone else’s copyright, exposes a trade secret you have no right to share, invades another person’s privacy, or is unlawful, threatening, or deceptive.

A publishing project is defined by the written scope we both agree, not by a headline on this website.

10. Independent publisher

Amazing Book Publishers is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Kindle, or Kindle Direct Publishing. Help preparing a listing is a service we offer. It is not an official Amazon program.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. The version on this page is the current one. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current terms.
